AI customer-support chatbot
An LLM-powered support assistant, built with a startup's engineering team. I built the document ingestion pipeline, the vector search, and the chat interface.
Result The assistant now handles about a third of routine support tickets.

An analytics dashboard for a small business: their sales data cleaned and modelled, with a demand forecast they use to plan inventory every week.
Result The demand forecast is used for the business's weekly inventory planning.

Fitness studio booking portal
A web platform where a fitness studio's members book classes, manage their membership and pay online, replacing a manual process that ran through WhatsApp and spreadsheets. I am designing and building it on my own, and it is still in progress.

Sales analytics for a retail client
A sales dashboard pulling several sources into one place, so the team could see product and region performance without rebuilding the numbers by hand every week. Weekly reporting that used to be assembled manually now runs itself.
Result The client reported a 15% increase in quarterly revenue after acting on it, and a 70% reduction in the time spent producing reports by hand.

A full-stack booking app for a local service business, built on my own from the first requirements conversation through to deployment.

Restaurant website
A site for a Moroccan breakfast and traditional cuisine restaurant, in Arabic, French and English, with the menu, the gallery and the ways to reach them. Built as a static export so it loads quickly on a phone over mobile data.
Tested Three complete locales (Arabic, French and English), each with its own route and its own content file, not machine-translated at runtime.

Photographer portfolio
A portfolio site for a photographer: a fast image gallery, a contact form, and a way for them to add new projects themselves without touching code.

Patient management system
Software for doctors to manage patients and medical records, built by a team rather than alone. I worked on the front end and the API contract, with role-based access controlling who can see what.
Tested Role-based access control over patient records, with the API surface documented in Swagger so the team could work against an agreed contract.

In that order, without skipping. Pandas until I can say what is actually in the data, scikit-learn only once that question is answered, then FastAPI, and an interface on top of the API rather than beside it, so the screen can never show a number the API cannot produce.

Here the unknown is the goal, not the data. A preview link stays live the whole time, and showing work weekly on a real URL catches the misunderstandings that a specification hides.
Across both: contracts before code, so the pieces cannot disagree about shapes. That is what lets a team build the front and back end in parallel. And decisions written down with their reasons.

About Me.
I am a data analyst and AI engineer, and I build for clients as a freelancer. I split my time between Casablanca and Berlin.
I studied data science, and most of what I know about shipping came from the client work rather than the coursework.
Right now my main contract is a SaaS platform, where I build features across the stack and add AI to the product. I am open to full-time data and AI work, and I take freelance projects alongside it.
